As a physical therapist, I will ensure your care is medically appropriate based on your specific needs and presentation.

My approach may be different than other movement and bodywork professionals.

I see the body as an entire unit and absolutely cannot separate one part of your body from the others.

And, I ALWAYS consider the impact of the underlying unconscious movement patterning in your presentation.

First, know this:

Whatever it is you need, I will meet you there.

We will start with your most important issue, and explore the rest as needed.

Some FAQs

Inter-disciplinary Integration

How often will I need to be seen?

The number of sessions you'll need is dependent upon your current injury level and amount patterning. Most people find significant improvement during the first session.

Stop. Read that again.

Getting your changes to stick and learning how to integrate them into your life requires time and repetition.

I have found the BEST outcomes with weekly 1:1 sessions for the first 3 weeks.

Why?

There are many patterns that need to be identified and interrupted.

This is accomplished with bodywork and mindful movement.

Once the initial concepts are learned, follow up for progression is usually every 3-4 weeks.

To help you be successful, AND reduce the number of in person visits, all current PT patients receive access to my App, Movement Alchemy.

What is a "Current Client?"

Someone who has been seen at least once per month.

Can I access the self paced app if I'm not being seen in the clinic?

Yes! Monthly Memberships are available.
